Hayley Rosser

Hayley is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Certified Nutrition Coach. She is also a certified TRX basics trainer as a Barre Above certified instructor. Her commitment as a trainer is to help clients define and conquer their own personal fitness and wellness goals while making it fun and enjoyable. She believes in using a progressive approach at fitness by training the body as a whole with OPT methodology (Optimum Performance Training).

Hayley has lived in the Snoqualmie Valley since 1996 and is a mother of 2 young boys.

Jasmine McChesney

Jasmine is a certified personal trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and a certified barre instructor through Barre Above. She strives to help her clients meet their fitness goals through a personalized, cumulative approach, while integrating NASM’s OPT Model (Optimum Performance Training Model).

Jasmine is a mom of two little girls and has been a part of the North Bend community since 2017.

Stephanie Whitford

Stephanie Whitford is a certified: personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), barre instructor through International Ballet Barre Fitness Association, and yoga instructor and continuing education provider through Yoga Alliance.  She is also a certified Ayurvedic health counselor, breathwork practitioner, and sound healer. She is committed to helping clients achieve their long and short-term goals through a holistic approach to fitness and corrective exercise; connecting the mind, body, and breath through conscious movement patterns that energize, repair, and strengthen the body while improving metabolism and mindset.

Stephanie is a PNW native, avid world traveler, wellness adventurist and the owner of Sun-Kissed Fire, a company that helps people lead healthy and empowered lives. With her passion for health and fitness, Stephanie has been inspiring and motivating people to embody their potential and transformative power.  Her mission is to provide people with the knowledge and support they need to take positive action in their lives and reach their goals.

Tony Montelepre

For over 25 years Tony Montelepre has been deeply involved in fitness. As a retired Air Force officer, he has been responsible for the fitness of hundreds of people and has helped many improve their health and performance. Thanks to his military experience, training in change management and human behavior, Tony excels at helping others create attainable goals and reach them. He fully understands that everyone has different goals, motivations and expectations and there is no “one-size-fits-all” to training. He is an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer, is certified in senior strength and conditioning and is currently completing a certification in suspension system training.

Monica Lynne

Monica is an ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) certified Personal Trainer and Health Educator. She has 10 years' worth of experience working with clients both individually and in groups to improve their overall level of fitness including stamina, increased, muscle strength, tone and reduced blood pressure.

Monica is president and founder of Balancing Life LLC, and is passionate about healthy living in all areas. She is particularly passionate when it comes to nutrition. Author of the book 'Just Eat ', Monica can help you learn ways to achieve a sound and balanced diet. Her energy is contagious!
